we were discussing how people anylyse things in my Eng Lit tuition yesterday..
if any of you are taking Eng Lit you'll know what i mean..
every word has like 1000 meanings!!
for example, the drama An Inspector Calls [which is friggin awesome btw..]
is set during an evening in Spring
evening in Spring also got meaning you know!!
kononya its controdictary cause evening is an ending and Spring is a beginning
and it apparently suggests the end of a darker era and the dawn of a brigher one.
WHAT THE HECKK?!?!?!
for all we know he wrote evening cause it made sense to start the play after dinner rather than after breakfast or lunch!!
and maybe he set it in Spring beacause, oh i dunno, he LIKES spring maybe?
jeez people!
any many more stuff like that.
one thing funny about the book we're reading for all these hidden meanings:
damn alot of typos! and incredibly bad grammar!
like how dining room became dinning room
and how telephone call became elephant call XD!!

then we were like thank god we're not doing BM lit or else mati la!

Jasmine: aiyo! if got BM lit ah..i quit school la! can you imagine a BM lit question about hidden meaning? "mengapakah kucing itu mengiau pada masa yang tepat?"

but they really do have all kinds of flavours!
like popcorn, cotton candy, bubblegum, toasted marshmellow, pina colada, etc.
they even had cough syrup!
which i tried and it really does taste like cough syrup!!
May traded the jelly beans for my seal plushie
she's like obssesed with that thing!
i got jellybeans and she got to play with the seal for the whole day XD

i won the duit raya in my class! YAY! =D
