whew!! what a day!!
make that two days actually.
yesterday went for this fireflies river cruise thing.
damn the nice.
fireflies were preeeetttyyy =D
and theyre friendly too XD
they came flying towards our boat and even landed on us
my mum had one on her hair XD
i had a few on my hand.
they're so light you dont even feel them.
today went for a canopy walk thingy.
dear god total camp flashback man!!
sheri, you know wat im talking about dont you??
-shudders-
climbed all the way up to 550M...dear god...so tired.
after climbing all the way up walked across 5 canopy bridges
quite scary escp when the bridge sways
but it was nice also laa
the walk up in the one that killed me. gaaah.
after that went to some Kinabalu Nature Park thingy.
saw some flora and fauna and stuff.
got a rafflesia there.

currently watching Monk and waiting for my room service to come.
crispy spicy potato wedges.

greetings from sabah people!!! ^^
lovin it here.
the hotel rules!!
if any of you are ever coming to sabah...
i recomend you to stay at the Nexus Resort in Karambunai
which is in Kota Kinabalu btw..
havnt really done anything yet..
mostly just goofed around in the room enjoying the astro
and the internet connection which is free!! ^^
went to the beach today
waves were HUGE!! wish i knew how to surf.
but mum and i had fun in the sea
getting washed by the waves
heeeee!! =D
you know that part in the 1st LOTR movie where Arwen does a spell on the water so that it comes rushing in the shape of horses and drowns the Ringwraiths chasing her and Frodo?
yeaaah, the water reminded me of that.
surprisingly unpolluted water.
went swimming in the pool after that.
yes i went swimming right after swimming XD
what can i say?
water's my element maaah...
just finished taking a nice warm shower =D
now waiting for the room service to be delivered

HAPPY SWEET 16 TO ME!!!!!!! =D
stayed up till midnight yesterday as per my bday tradition.
calls and messages started coming in. =D
even got one at 2AM frm patrick. XD
anyways, woke up at 10 today
opened some of the presents that i already had
they were from family and family friends.
loved em all! =D
got ready and left the house at around 11.45
was supposed to be in pyramid at 11.
ehehehe!! my bad!!
the holdup was doing my hair, dearest mummy did it for me!! =D
thanks mummy!! loved it!!
fetched Elly, Lils, Sheri, and Suita
met up with Timothy, Andrew, Jun Weng and Tse Ying
poor Timothy was waiting for us for over an hour
he came exactly at 11. so sorry Tim!!
headed to the Pyramid Tower Hotel to makan lunch
nearly had a heart attack when i saw out table
they decorated it!!
whats so bad abt that u ask?
the deco was balloons, and party hats, and masks, and those things that make noise when you blow them, and those popper things.
O____O
im turning 16 not 6!!!
oh well, managed to have fun with those stuffs anyway.

whew! im beat!! been out all day!!
woke up at around 10 something
thanks to my procrastinating only left the house at 11 something
went to my grandmother's place to take her out for lunch
my fav uncle came too ^^
went to this chinese restaurant called Sin Kee
their butter chicken is to die for!!! yummy!
stuffed myself full!! and im still full now...
dropped my grandma back at her place then came home
slept for about an hour then went to subang parade
went to GDO hair salon to do my hair
they gave me chinese tea XD
the guy doing my hair was quite cute =D
friendly too..talked to me and all
heeeeee.
the results are okay la..
i prefer going to this salon near Lily's place but it was closed today =(
i finished ngam ngam before sheri's turn to perform
went to yamaha to see her
suita and i were matching XD
both of us were wearing the same shade of blue
my hair was kindda like hers as well.
their performance was the bomb man!!!
so nice!!
i was cheering for them.
cheering so much until sheri can smile at me while playing XD
oh! and suita got time to flip her hair while playing u noe! chunted! XD
and suita forgot to take her sijil after the performance

somehow i always seem to be semangated in posting when im at my mum's office

feel so bad cause i promised my Lenalee i'd go support her.

just got back frm caroling a few hours ago
USJ 11's caroling is nicer in terms of the singing
but i had a blast at today's caroling due to a few people
Sheri.
Suita.
Vivi.
Tse Ying.
Jun Weng.
damn it was the bomb la!!
was in stitches the whole night!!
throat hurts like hell rite now.
singing + laughing + almost choking to death = one very sore throat
worth it though XD
supposed to sleepover at Sheri's place today but tak jadi
so im staying over tomorrow!! YAY!!
i shall be temaning Feli to KLIA tomorrow
apparently im the only one who loves her enough to teman her XD
hope i make it back in time for caroling
im currently re-reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows =D
god knows how many times ive read it already. XD
can someone get me a new copy of Goblet of Fire and Order of the Phoenix??
my copies are like so mangled and tattered

okay about Jun Weng's bday!!
so woke up at around 8 if im not mistaken.
got ready then went to PJ for my dental.
friggin jammed up the whole way.
got so many accidents man!
and it was baru like 9 smthn in the morning.
on a Friday!!
so finally reached there.
i didnt actually have an appointment you see so i told them la that i'll just wait till she's free or in between other people or if they dont come or wtv.
they said have to wait till like 12++
didnt wanna be late fo Jun Weng's bday and my mom also didnt wanna wait so long
so we made an appointment for another day and left.

we drove all the way there!!
in the friggin jam!!
for an appointment!!
ISH!!
so then went to school to go get my results.
suprisingly i didnt do too bad despite being sick.
managed to get an A2 for accounts padahal my paper 2 is incomplete!!
quite puas hati with my other results.
although i dropped from number 1 to number 16 XD
but thats only cause i missed one of the BM paper so confirm fail la rite?
saw Cik Balvir there and got the phone number of the tailor that sews the librarian uniform so i can get my baju for next year.
i will leave out the part where she called me cute
bought my exercise books then left.
mum dropped me off at pyramid.
went up to the maxis centre to top up my phone.
ended up getting free RM60 worth of credit XP
met up with Sheri, Lily, Jiaway and Wei Lynn at Padini.
they bought Jun Weng a shirt and sunglasses.
i got him a Jodi Picoult book.
put it all in this one paper bag we got.
sat down to rest on a bench outside MPH
i kept stealing Lily's grape F&N =P
while resting we received a call from The Almighty Queen Davizabeth himself!!
saying that he just woke up =.=
oi!! u asked us all to be there at 12 then u ownself wake up at 12 ah?
GOOD FOR YOU MAN!! I DO THAT TOO!! XD
aiyo its his bday la..he can do wtv he wants rite..summore im sure he was tired from his other party the previous day.
so while waiting we went to 1901 cause some people were hungry
actually all of us were but only Lily and Jiaway makaned.
SS-ed in front of the pretty X-mas deco b4 going to meet Jun Weng.
met up with Jun Weng then headed to Michealangelo's
Jun Weng and I were comparing notes about our respective trips to Italy the whole way there. and he JUST realised why the restaurant is called Michealangelo's.
after much laughing and jakuning we finally ordered the food.
gave him his prezzie while waiting for the food
he made a big show of opening it slowly and posing so we could snap pics
he liked the prezzies so yay! =D
food came..it was fantastic!! im actually craving their spaghetti rite now
soooooo good!!
and it was like Gowri's First Time Trying Different Foods Day
cause i ate escargot, lobster and clams for the first time.
surprisingly the escargot was good.
who knew snails were tasty?
loved the lobster and clams escp with the seafood spaghetti
first, you put the snail on your plate.
then, pull it out of its shell
finally, u stuff it into your mouth, chew and swallow
lol that sounded really violent didnt it? XD
notice the "wat the hell" look Wei Lynn is giving me in the last pic XP
right before we left Jun Weng was telling us this Russell Peter's joke
and very nicely swore really loudly.
in the restaurant. in front of little kids!!
seriously, there was this family with 2 small kids behind us.
we all pretended we didnt know who he was.
so when he payed for lunch i was like "thanks for lunch stranger!" haha
but seriously, THANKS FOR LUNCH JUN WENG!! =D

walked her to popular then headed to the Make Your Own Teddy place
all the stuffed animals were soooo cuuuuteee~!!
all of us minus Tse Ying and Jun Weng grabbed teddy's and started stuffing
Sheri couldnt at first cause she didnt have money but i said id get it for her as an early Xmas prezzie since she wanted it so badly =D
after spending 2 hours there [sorry about that Jun Weng!]
we ended up with:
Kayla Anne Daniels - my adorable brown teddy with sunglasses and a scarf
Rui de la Aldou - Lily's overweight teddy with a scarf
Arielle Rosalice Deva - Sheri's sweet teddy with a scarf and handbag
Chase - Jiaway's evil mastermind teddy
went to redbox and sang our hearts out.
and was jakuning as usual.
Jiaway and Tse Ying left first then the rest of us left around an hour later
Sheri and Lils tumpanged me back.
dropped Lils off first then went with Sheri to her place
lepaked around there for a while then went to Parade
Shaun had piano class and Suita was practising for their performance
Sheri and I walked around Parkson since my mum asked me to check out some clothes then sat down sumwhere and talked about stuff.
went back to Yamaha to teman Suita
the songs's she's playing damn the nice!!
apparently some guy was listening to her play then asked her to play one more time and was dancing around while she played XD
Suita youve got fans!!
went caroling after that.
only went for the last 2 houses. wow! XD
had fun at the after-party.

whooo!! changed back to my holiday blogskin!!
the other one's layout was getting on my nerves.
too lazy to go cari a new one so im back to this.
just got back from carolling about an hour ago.
we had to wear santa hats while singing XD
was fun =D
expect for a certain incident that shall not be mentioned.

ive finised reading The Tales of Beedle the Bard!!

mmmmmm...im in a very cuddly mood rite now
currently all cuddled up with my pillows and blankets =P
what? its the weather la!
so i went to parade yesterday [07/12/08]
mum went off to parkson and i went straight to MPH
yup you guessed it.
to pick up my copy of Tales of the Beedle of the Bard!! YAY!!
havnt read it yet though. wanna finish re-reading Breaking Dawn fist.
anyways, after gettin it went up to the flea market on the 3rd floor
cuz Timothy said him and his mom have a stall there.
went through the whole place but din see him anywhere.
and somehow i guessed that the last stall was his.
dunno why just had a feeling that was his stall.
everyone was already closing down their stalls.
smsed him to ask if he was still there.
just after i sent the message, i turned around and saw him walk to the last stall and tolong to close up. i WAS right about that stall! heee.
so went and said hi and all that just as he was reading my msg.
his mom was waiting for someone so we just hanging around there talking la
wanted to go to Big Apple to buy doughnuts so he teman me
as i was lining up he went to check if still got Alien anot.
came back and told me "eeh, still got 2 la"
then the person in front of me took one!!
i was like "gosh im praying so hard rite now that the other one doesnt get taken!" and he was laughing at how much i wanted it.
i didnt know the person who was serving heard me until she asked "youre praying what doesnt get taken?" malu man!!
since it was my turn i quickly sapu the last Alien!!
ooh sweet victory!! =D
grabbed a Moonraker as well. [or was it Moonwalker?]
then just randomly wandered around parade with Timothy
ended up sitting at Baskin Robbins and talking.
he's going to get braces!! heee. i was like scaring him saying he will get his teeth extracted and whatnot. while i was saying that my phone rang so i took it out and he thought i was going to show him a pic of getting my teeth extracted or smthn. XD
as if i will take a pic of such a thing.
turned out to be my mom saying she was done in parkson so she came to meet me.
oh before that, Timothy JUST realized i removed my braces. =.=
DUDE!! how many times have you seen me after i took them off la?
during last year's camp also i take off already la! sesating much?
so mom came, said bye to Timothy, went and bought KFC for dinner along with strawberries and cream from Cold Storage and a cookie from Famous Amos.
what i was hungry la..din eat the whole day u noe..
and no, i did not eat that all in one day!
so went home, ate the KFC and the Moonraker/Moonwalker
slept early cuz i was having a one-sided headache
and thats about it la for yesterday
ate the Famous Amos cookie for lunch just now.
and no that not the only thing i ate for lunch.
had chicked rice too. <3
shall be having The Alien and my strawberries and cream for dinner later. yum.
i'll be going for accounts tuition in a while.
eeeeee. wish i could skip la. hope i dont fall asleep =P
thank god today is the last class. FREEDOM!!
been itching to watch Princess Hours since i borrowed it but sadly cant =(
borrowed it on Sat and weekends = my dad is at home.
why cant i watch it when he's at home you ask?

totally forgot that its a public holiday today so he's still there. =.=

just got back from listening to my mom's talk.
very amuzing XD
spent the first five mins grinning like a fool and trying not to laugh. heee
no idea why though. prolly im not used to seeing my mom giving a lecture.
she was good though. def would have convinced me to join the law programme.
saw Yan Chi there surprisingly. so happy to see her! =D
miss my Eng Lit tuition gang. cant wait to see them again next year.
oh! guess who's face i saw on the front cover of a Taylors catalog?

so the reason i got dragged out is cause Taylors is having their open day.
and my mom cant come back to send me for jap class.
and my jap class is just walking distance from Taylors.
hence the being dragged out of bed. =.=
oh well at least i got to finish all my jap homework. ^.^
so something good came out of waking up early after all.
thought id never finish! what with all the procrastinating i was doing. =P
waha! i FINISHED Lily!!! wonder if youre still asleep rite now. hehe.
so Feli came over on Thurs to borrow Twilight. again.
she'a taking it to Turkey with her. she just left last night.
HAVE FUN FELI!! and come back safely!! and dont leave my Twilight there!! XD
she'll be back on the 14th and she'll finally be free since her finals are over.
i shall be dragging her to my place. or prolly i'll go there. or we'll go out.
so long never lepak with her edi.
i'll be going for my mom's talk about her law school later.

the following statement is my personal opinion of the movie Twilight
if you dont agree, or think im wrong or lame or wtv, then PISS OFF!!
everyone's entitled to their own opinions and this is mine.
WARNING: SPOILERS AHEAD!! IF YOU HAVNT WATCHED THE MOVIE AND DONT WANT TO BE SPOILED THEN DO NOT READ THIS POST!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!
so, i shall skip the boring "i woke up and got ready and went to the place etc."
i will say that i went with Lily, Sheri, Vivi and Jiaway =D
okay so the actual movie itself.
it was AWESOME!!
yes i can say alot of things that i didnt like about it.
but my likes outweighed the dislikes surprisingly.
i guess my expectation of the movie was low so i wasnt expecting much
i def wasnt especting everyone to be so bloody HOTT!!
i practically fell for every single male vampire excluding Laurent. XD
and yes, that includes Edward, as shocking as that may be.
he was actually pretty hott. and im currently in the middle of watching Robert Pattinson interviews so im falling for him even more.
DONT KILL ME!! -hides-
anyway, the movie was really nice, def wouldnt mind watching it again
my all time fav scene was the baseball scene.
one word. WOW!!
love the way they played baseball!! looked like so much fun!!
and of course there was that amazing scene of Jasper twirling the bat.
GAAAHH!! he was so hott in that scene!!
wonder how long it took him to perfect that move. XD
oh! and Stephenie Meyer had a cameo appearance!! i spotted her!!
i'll admit i had my doubts about the cast but they all came through.
they portrayed their characters well and im sure Stephenie is proud. =D
only one cast choice still has me grinding my teeth.
yup, you guessed it: Jacob Black.
COME ON PEOPLE!! STEVEN STRAIT IS THE PERFECT JACOB!!!
although i have to admit, Taylor Launter isnt bad. its just that HAIR!! -shudder-
thank god he cuts his hair in New Moon.
my fingers are still crossed for Steven Strait to be Jacob in New Moon.
since Jacob is supposed to go through a growth spurt and all.
there's no way Taylor Launter can magically go through a growth spurt.
so fingers crossed!!
and yeah as much as i liked the movie,
Bella and Edward's interaction was very awkward.
Bella looked like she was going to run away screaming at any second.
and since she's supposed to not be scared of Edward at all it didnt suit.
didnt mind Edward's "i want to kill you" expression cause he DOES want to kill her.
well, the vampire in him does anyway.
i do wish they hadnt cut the kiss out though.
it was very weird seeing him lean towards her one second then jump across the room the next. people please! its just a kiss!
as my friend Jia Ying says:
"one day there'll be no Malaysian's left in this world beacause they are all so damn closed minded that they cant even stand to see a kiss on-screen so they def wont be brave enough to kiss in real life which equals to they'll never have sex which equals to no more Malaysians!"

yes they did change some stuff from the books but which movie adaptation of a book doesnt? Harry Potter changes way more stuff than Twilight did.
one thing that i was upset about not getting to see is Edward telling off Tyler over the phone on prom night. it was one of my fav scenes from the book =(
two things that were ironic:
1. when Bella first walked into her room there was a pic of a wolf behind her.
2. after Edward pulls Bella away from Jacob at the prom he says "i leave you alone for two minutes and the wolves decend."
hehe, i love irony.
oh speaking of prom!
i was dissapointed that they didnt show the other Cullen couples =(
i wanted to see them!!
Alice and Jasper are adorable!! love their relationship!! =)
i was slightly disturbed when Alice tore James's head off, not beacause its violence, please im not THAT squeamish, just that who knew Alice could be so garang.
speaking of James, i didnt expect him to be that hott!
the fight was a little dissapointing though.
yes, it was a visually dynamic fight and it was pretty cool just didnt expect James to be defeated so easily.
all in all i'd give the movie a 8/10
go watch it people its awesome!!
oh yea! when we were leaving the cinema,
we watched in summit btw so you know la you have to go through the passageway thingy rite, we saw a DOOR waaay high up. if someone opens that door they'll just fall straight down into the passageway to where we were. XD
its like one of those trick door's in cartoons.
i have a pic of it but im too lazy to upload.
Lily'll prolly upload it cuz she has a shot of it too.
yay for Vivi who is the only one in the entire group who went who agrees with me about every aspect of the movie!! -hugs Vivi-
and Jiaway likes her evil theme song!! XP

i went hyper at 3 in the morning thanks to this song.

i was prolly irritating him to death with my 1001 non-stop questions
one after another. and i was typing suuupeerr fast
until he had to ask me to stop for a while so he can scroll up and read.

finally got to re-watch The Hunchback of Notre Dame yesterday
yes childish i know, but ive been dying to re-watch it for ages
i love Disney movies okay? so sue me! -sticks out tongue-
god, i nearly cried watching it, its so sad and touching!
i wonder how i ever not cried watching it as a kid
and i wonder how disney ever made that movie for kids!
evethough its a cartoon, there's alot of hidden messages and underlying themes that are really dark. Disney should make more movies like that. they really dont make them like they used to. classic's like these are amazing!!
especially love the music in Hunchback of Notre Dame.
the songs just blew me away!! especially the choir!! FRIGGIN CHUN!!!
my fav song is Bells of Notre Dame, the choir was just wow.
and Clopin's last note!! dear god!! so bloody high!! and he's a guy!!
Clopin's one of my fav characters, so the funny, and as mentioned, amazing singer.
